They say misery loves company. I too, lost my chrome cover and tool kit last spring after an oil change and didn't discover it til I did a wash a few days later. Could be anywhere in a 150 km radius. A new cover and new lock cylinder cost me the best part of $150 Cdn. Still no tools. One day I swear I'll get around to welding it on.
